This group coaching will be held for a period of 6 weeks on a weekly basis on Wednesday evenings (beginning March 24) from 7-8:30pm EST via a dedicated Zoom link. These coaching sessions will be to support you through such things as stress and anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as overall coping. As we come up on a year of the COVID-19 pandemic, it's important to acknowledge that you've been through a tough year, one of many changes, and you've made it this far. Let's celebrate and build upon that fact.
While EFT Tapping may be the primary modality we rely on during these sessions, know that other techniques may be used as well, including but not limited to meditation, mindfulness, and mindful movement. Dr. Silas likes to feel out what may be needed for any given session, and wants you to be aware that while most times you may be sitting and tapping, there may be other times when we mix it up!
Note: this is not a substitute for individual (or any kind of) therapy, rather, a way to provide community to those ready to tap into their resilience and thus possibilities.
