Group Coaching

This group coaching will be held for a period of 6 weeks on a weekly basis on Wednesday evenings (beginning March 25) from 7-8:30pm EST via a dedicated Zoom link. These coaching calls will be to support you through your trauma, stress and anxiety, as well as overall coping. *In light of the Coronavirus and its impact, we will also explore the impact of collective uncertainty on our functioning, and how to heal through it.

Note: this is not a substitute for individual (or any kind of) therapy, rather, a way to provide community to those going through some sort of pain, hurt, or trauma.
