Hello there!


Welcome to the Mental Health Toolkit Challenge! 


I’m excited that you have decided to take part in this challenge. Excited because you have strongly and powerfully made a decision to take care of you and your mind, your emotions, your brain!


In our 7 days together, we will learn ways to address our mental health, tap into our inner resources, and tailor these tools to our own needs!


You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, rejuvenated, and enlightened.


Most importantly, you will leave feeling empowered.


So be on the lookout for the first day's email coming out after signing up for this course.


In the meantime, join the private Facebook group HERE where you will find the daily live videos posted as well as some other information.


Plan to devote at least 15 minutes per day for these challenges, and plan to truly and fully show up to get the most out of what will be offered. Then and only then will you recognize and notice the impact of these tools.
